What changes it

Time is what you pay for, so anything that adds carrying, packing or waiting adds to the total. Here's the same two-bedroom move with one thing changed at a time.
Stairs and packing are the big ones. Elevators add a little, because shared elevators mean waiting. Labor only takes less time, because there's no driving on our clock.

Fees and credits

- Hourly rate
- $165 an hour for two movers and a truck. Each extra mover adds $30 an hour.
- Minimum
- 3 hours ($495 with two movers). After that, you pay for the time the crew works.
- Travel fee
- $0 for pickups inside San Antonio city limits. One flat $35 for pickups anywhere else, charged once.
- Free hour
- Moves that run 7 hours or longer get a $165 credit, the value of one hour at the base rate.
- Deposit
- Your crew's first hour, requested only after we confirm your date. It comes off your final bill.
- Balance
- Due when the work is done, before the crew leaves. Accepted payment methods are in your booking confirmation.
- Specialty items
- Pianos, safes, pool tables and similar items are reviewed and priced separately before move day.
- Packing materials
- Not part of the hourly rate. Priced separately and confirmed with you before move day.
- Changes on the day
- If the job is materially different from the request, your crew lead tells you before extra work begins.

- Save a parking spot close to the door; a long walk adds time to every trip
- Reserve elevators and loading docks so nobody waits

- Pick the crew size the booking flow suggests; a bigger crew often costs about the same and finishes sooner
- Choose a morning start in summer, when heat slows everyone down

Nothing is charged to book. Once we confirm your date, a deposit equal to your crew's first hour holds it and comes off your bill. The rest is due when the work is done, before the crew leaves.
What isn't included in the hourly rate?
Specialty items like pianos and safes, and packing materials, are priced separately and confirmed with you before move day. The truck, pads, wrap, floor runners, dollies and equipment are always included.
